I enjoy taking the most artistically beautiful screenshots I can manage in Final Fantasy XIV, capturing the beauty of Eorzea and its people.
Some people think a screenshot is just pressing Print Screen. I say that as with real-life photography, I scout a location, get the right weather, the right time of day, the right lighting conditions. I pose the subject, frame up the shot, adjust lighting, and THEN capture it. Game photography is as much "just pressing Print Screen" as real-world photography is "just pressing the shutter."
I'm not trying to make any money here. I claim no ownership of the source material of Final Fantasy XIV; that's owned by Square Enix. I just want to capture the beauty of Eorzea and share it with others. I hope that my work will help others see game photography as more than "just pressing Print Screen."
